On February 20th 2024, the Management Committee of BDAAD made the difficult but necessary decision to close the organisation. Our last day of operation will be Wednesday April 24th 2024.
The organisation could not remain sustainable in its current form, yet with numerous mental health first aiders trained and health promotion events run, BDAAD remains proud of the impact we have had on the Busselton/Dunsborough community.
We hope that other organisations can step into the mental health literacy space and continue to promote the need for local support for vulnerable members of our community. photo of Busselton Jetty Interpretive Centre

Mental health is everyone's business

Learning more about depression can help you to better support others or even inform your own recovery.

We’ve collated a range of resources and information packages, focused on local information wherever possible, across a range of subjects and areas relating to mental health and wellbeing.

Contact us if there’s more you’d like to know about, or to supply information or links to valuable sources.

For GPs and clinicians

The clinical support General Practitioners (GPs) provide to our community is central to all Alliance Against Depression activities and we value and appreciate it.  Here are some resources that may be of value to GP's.
